PROFILE
Working in the golf maintenance industry takes a complex and unique set of skills ranging from agronomics to leadership to budgetary and business acumen. Over the course of my career, I have learned from the best and have developed into a strong professional.
For the last several years, I have been honored to represent Sakonnet Golf Club. In addition to delivering world-class conditions, we have also performed extensive renovation work to this historic course. These projects gave me the talents required to manage large or small renovations with in-house or contractor staffs.
I have been associated with several other world-class clubs throughout my career, including The Los Angeles Country Club, Oak Hill Country Club, and Greenwich Country Club just to name a few. These opportunities provided a chance to not only learn from the best but also gain experience in hosting professional tournaments. My time at Oak Hill in particular put me on the tracks to where I am today through the people I met and agronomics I learned.
In addition to my agronomic expertise, I have strong abilities in management, communication and business strategies. I acquired the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of levels; from staff, distributors, educators, media and executives.
I grew up playing golf as a single digit handicap, and it remains a passion to this day. I am able to see things through the players perspective which allows me to understand what must be done to provide the best playability possible.
While I am incredibly focused on the job at Sakonnet Golf Club, I look forward to new opportunities to continue expanding my impact on the golf industry.
